My priority is no longer to self-publish the book. Instead, I’ll be seeking an independent publisher for physical and digital distribution. If you are a publisher and you’re interested in my book, please contact me at nick[at]nickmeador[dot]org.

I’m still accepting donations to help me complete the project, and I’ll still deliver gifts even if I find a publisher. Donation tiers including one or more books have U.S. shipping costs built in. For shipments to Canada, please add $3 USD; for international, please add $8 USD. Unlike on Kickstarter, this is a non-conditional donation that will be processed immediately.

If I don’t find a publisher within a reasonable amount of time, I will privately publish a small amount of copies or make the book available for on-demand printing. Either way, I will ensure that donations qualifying for one or more physical copies of the book will receive those gifts.

How to Donate

Dwolla is a new service that bypasses credit cards and charges very meager fees for me (none for you).

Please list in the “Memo” box which gifts from your donation tier you’d like to receive (including whether you’d prefer to support anonymously, by being omitted from the acknowledgments page, if applicable), and make sure I have your shipping address if you choose one of the physical book options.
